How do I get SMS 2003 SP1 to successfully reinstall previously installed packages? Today I had to redeploy a package which creates shortcuts on the Start Menu. SMS says it was succesful on 21/21 but none of the shortcuts are created. When this package was originally ran it works perfectly so I know there is nothing wrong with it and it isn't just this package which does this.

Is there a way in SMS to either completely reinstall over the top of what is already installed or to run a repair?
