Deploying a package at every logon

How do I advertise a package to run at every user logon? The only options I
can seem to find are "run once for each user" and a mandatory advertisement
at logon. But these only run it the first time a user logs on to the
computer. I want the package to run every time a user logs on to the
computer. Basically I want it to run like a logon script or a GPO.
