Mandatory assignment in SMS 2003

Hello,

Does anyone know how to prevent to type date and time which has already
passed ( in "mandatory assigntment" box). I had a problem recently, when I
wanted to schedule the advertisment next day at 5:00 AM. I 'v made a mistake
and left the date to "today". My advertisment have started and the
installation occured immediately, because the start time was set to the past
date in time.
Does SMS 2003 have some option to warn the administrator ?
