SMS 2.0 - Failing to deploy packages

Not sure why this is happening. On our SMS 2.0 SP5 environment, I'm
trying to deploy my security updates for the last 3 days and I am
seeing quite a number of clients that are failing to see the package.

Here is the error log:

Return code = 0x35; The network path was not found.~~;
IsExecutePossible returned error 53 for program 'PatchInstall.exe /g:0
/c:1 /t:30 /r /z:ws'

I have updated the package on the DP. I re-ran the advertisement and
still having issues. I have the options in the package set to 'Start
in c:\' and use a drive letter.

Is there any more information on why this is an issue still and what do
I need to do to correct this? I have my APM set to refresh every 90
minutes.
