This should do it:
IE6.0sp1-KB896727-SMS-Deploy-KB903741-x86-ENU.exe /q: a /r:n
Notice the icon s different looking than the other hotfixes that use /quiet
/norestart? In my experience, whenver the icon looks like it does for the
IE patch you mention, and it offers /q as a command line switch, use /q:a
/r:n
