What is the command line you're using to uninstall?
if it's similar to "msiexec /x blahblah.msi" or anything else that starts
with msiexec for that matter, add the following near the command line
REBOOT=ReallySuppress
So you may have something like this: "msiexec /x blahblahblah.msi
REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qb-!
