FYI:
If you distribute to user groups that information will be preprocessed by
SMS, so given the user are in the correct user group you only need one user
policy retreival cycle for the advertisement to be visible (and running if
there are an mandatory assignement) on the client. I use the logon scipt to
kick of the user policy retreivak cycle, but it will kick of on schedule
(every 60 min. by default).
