office 2k3 deploy error - Installation file not found

Ok, here is my scenario
I have a package set to use administrative rights. The local system account
is a part of the local admin group. The command line is set to run the setup
with /qb-

The install seems to be rolling along when an error box pops up

Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003
Installation error: File not found
A required installation file SKU011.CAB could not be found

Original Installation Source Required
If you installed Microsoft Office Professional Edition from a CD, please
insert your CD. If you installed Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003
over your computer network, please browse to the installation source on your
network. Once you have located your installation source, click OK.

In the installation source box, it already has prepopulated the following
unc line
\\YOGI\SMSPKGC$\P00000012\

Why would this box pop up. This is the distribution point source and the
files are in the distribution point.

This seemed to run ok yesterday when I ran a slightly different package
under the user rights context, when the user was an admin on the box.

Any ideas?
