You will have to do a little more before you can just run the command line.

which describes how to deploy XPSP2 using SMS2003. Basically,
WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ESN.exe is a compressed file and when you run it all
it will do is decomress XPSP2 files and ask user to click next and ...
