There is no reason for a program to fail if it was not downloaded. Infact if
SMS is not able to download a package, then it will not run that program.
I would say see the sequence of SMS Status messages comming from the client
and see if there are any errors or warning. Else, look in:
ExecMgr.log to see if it got a notification to run the program and if it
notified CAS to get the content.
CAS.log to see if it got a notification from ExecMgr.log and see if it
notified CTM
ContentTransferManager.log to see if it got a notification from CAS and and
if it got the list of DPs from LocationServices
DataTransferService.log to see if got notified by CTM and started the
download
Once this happens then see ExecMgr.log to see what was the status of program
execution.
If you are not fimiliar with these logs then zip them and post to this
group.
