>From the log, I can see a run for VNC program. You care running a program in
Admin context with this command line
\\DUBLIN\SMSPKGC$\00100007\vnc-3.3.6-x86_win32.exe
Are you sure there are not command line parameters for this executable? I
would assume that this program without any parameters will only display a
dialog box for the user to click and actually iinstall. Can you run this
command line manually on your machine and see if it installs the program
(without any user interaction) or displays a dialog box to the user to
click?
If it displays you that dialog box (which I suspect is happening) then you
need to find out command line parameters for this program which would tell
this program to install silently without any user interaction. Another this
you can try is to slect "Allow user to interact with this program" setting
on Environmnent tab of Program property page. This setting will allow you to
see the program execution if program is showing any dialog boxes (or any
UI). With this, I must warn you that this may result in a security issue
commonly known as "Shatter Attack"

Hope this helps.
