UpdatePackageSource.cpp:3118

I am trying to create a program for an image package. I have successfully
created one, but I am unable to create anymore. When I check the
"OSDNewProgramWizard.log" I find the following entry.

file="UpdatePackageSource.cpp:3118">"

I have removed and reinstalled the OSD feature pack, waited 24 hours,
rebooted, etc... and I still get the error message.

What is funny is I get a a blank pop up with a red X and nothing else, no
narrative. Not very informative. I have searched every SMS forum and and have
found nothing. HELP!
