Hi,
This error is usually related to firewll restrictions. Since the Sync
package operates in the context of the Local System, the computer account
of the Sync Host probably does not have access to go through the firewall.
You could try the following,
add the IP address of the machine attempting to execute the package to the
group of permitted users on the firewall. Worst case, you can manually
download the mssecure.xml by going to
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=23190. Save the MSSECURE.XML file
in the source directory and schedule an update of the DPs following that.
