mssecure.cab not updating, no new updates showing

    Hi,
    I have noticed that no new updates are showing on my SMS machine which i am
    also using as the sync host. it is configured to sync in unattended mode and
    I have a looked in the Security SyncXML file and i can see error code 12007
    there.
    Here is what I get:

    Specified folder is local, changing it to: C:\PROGRAM
