Hmm, the only difference I see with your set up and mine is that I don't have
the first backslash in my command line.
You have
\update\update.exe /quiet /f /forcerestart
I have
update\update.exe /quiet /f /forcerestart
Mine works fine. Take out the backslash and see if that helps.
