KB831648 - Advanced Client Patch Install Error

Hi,

I've sucessfully roll out this patch to majority of our servers but error
out on a few.

Error as follow:

The program for advertisement "00720020" failed ("00700010" - "KB831648 -
Advanced Client Patch Install"). A failure exit code of 1622 was returned.
User context: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Possible cause: Systems Management Server (SMS) determines status for each
program it executes. If SMS cannot find or correlate any installation status
Management Information Format (MIF) files for the program, it uses the
program's exit code to determine status. An exit code of 1622 is considered a
failure.
Solution: For more information on the exit code, refer to the documentation
for the program you are distributing. This program will be retried.

This error happened on a standard Windows 2000 member server but I was able
to install Advanced Client and some other hotfixes. Can anyone point me a
link to all error codes or offer any suggestions?

I also have problem rolling this hotfix out to a server that hosts
'SurfControl' software. With this server, advertisement was received but
never started. System status doesn't show any error. I've tried ccmclean
and push client install which ran successfully. Any ideas?
