Hi lonza,

I might have the same problem so first I want to ask you a question to see
if that is the case.

Do you have this problem only with .exe advertised packages or also with
.msi files which you can implement via the "by definition file" method. I
have the same problem only with .exe based packages. For example, we use
Mcafee AV which has a .msi for installing the program. That .msi based
application installs almost immediately after advertising. However, the
superdats are .exe files which stay in the status you described.
