If you have specified a count down notification which tells you that program
is about to run then SMS will show you a countdow dialog before it actually
runs the program. You can disable or change this value to somehting else you
want by changing this setting in AdminUI under

Site Settings -> Client Agents -> Advertised Program Client Agents ->
Notification tab -> Provide a countdown -> countdown length
