You shouldn't run the package with the /a switch. You should run the
install with the /a switch and then create a package utilizing the files
unpacked during this setup process. You aren't actually installing Office
when you run setup /a. You are just creating a location from which clients
can install from, or which can be used as the source files for an SMS
package.
