Rebuild SMS 2003 - server crash

Hello, I have had the misfortune of losing our sms server and am in the
process of rebuilding the sms 2003 server. I have to do a complete new
install... no problem my question is do I leave the old clients as they are,
get the sms server to find all the pc's and then push out the new client. Or
should I run ccmclean.exe /all /q on each computer, if so is there a script
around to run this command on startup? I have not being able to run this out
my GPO, it requires an administrator equivalent logon which I am not able to
enter in the parameters. Anyways, any help or discussion would be
appreciated. thanks so much...
