You likely have the SP1 update only, not ConfigMgr2007 w/SP1. Hopefully this
was a lab, and you didn't need any of that data. Just reinstall ConfigMgr
2007 from your original media, then upgrade it to SP1 for your lab.
If this was a production instance and losing that data is tragic, you'll
need to restore from your ConfigMgr backup to reinstalled ConfigMgr2007 (no
SP1, so it matches what you'll be restoring). You have a backup, right? I
hope. If you have just an SQL backup, you will definitely need to call
Microsoft for assistance.

I attempted to install SCCM 2007 SP1 on Server 2003 SP2 (clean install - VM),.
received error that the incorrect WAIK was installed along with 2 hotfixes
(forgot to run prerequisite checker - stupid me, I know), setup "could not
continue", uninstalled WAIK, downloaded new one, installed, then found out
that something of SCCM 2007 was installed in the programs list, so I
uninstalled SCCM 2007 in add/remove, installed the 2 hotfixes, then went to
reinstall SCCM 2007, but now in setup the option to install a Primary site is
greyed out, and only Secondary site is available. How screwed am I? What can
I do to fix it? Thank yo ufor your help!
