Secondary Site for Load Balancing purposes

Hi,
I'm looking for input/suggestions on a SCCM implementation
I am planning a SCCM Site/hierarchy for a network with 7000 client computers.
The clients are divided into two logically seperated network segments
(approximately 2000/5000) with no communication between. The clients in both
segments can currently communicate with servers in a common service network,
this might change in the future.
I'm planning a multi-Site hierarchy (see below) but, for now, only for load
balancing purposes, not bandwidth issues or network restrictions.
1 Central Site (ESX VM) with:
Site database server
Management Point
Reporting Point
Software Update Point
2 Secondary Sites (ESX VM) with:
Proxy Management Point
Distribution Point
PXE Service Point
State Migration Point
In this solution all the Site Servers will be located in the service
network, with perfect connection between each other. I know that secondary
sites are normally used for low-bandwidth sites, but as i'm unsure of the
future capablity of the clients to talk directly to the service network i
want to be able to move these secondary sites to each client segment in the
future. And give them the needed SUP-role.
The reason for not placing the secondary sites on each of the two network
segments right away are the unevenly client load 2000/5000. Now I can balance
with boundaries for each site.
I know that load balancing can be done by NLB:ing Management Points and more
distribution points, but that would still require several servers. I see
secondary sites as a nice way to even the load on the site servers while
keeping control, logging, etc within the SCCM console. And at the same time
preparing for future changes.
I would very much appreciate some input on this setup.
Thanks
.
