SMS 2003 SP3 Rollback Instructions

Hi all,

I read somewhere a while ago that if you install SP3 and something goes
wrong, to not attempt a re-install but to contact MS for support - right?

Ok, I need to find the document that states this. I know I have read this
before, but can not find the doc that states we can not rollback and need to
call MS if something goes wrong.
