Errors for initial setup with sccm 2007

The sccm 2007 server runs on a virtual server 2005 with windows 2003 std, and
this server also has sql 2005 std and sharepoint 2007 on it as well as well
as wsus 3.0 sp1 installed.
I am trying to configure sccm 2007, the install went fine but adding roles
created the following errors below in the event log I havent found any
information on how to fix this error, if someone can point me in the right
direction I would really appreciate it. I am very new to sccm 2007 as are a
lot of people but I never got 2003 to work so I was hoping to get 2007 to
work with some help of course.
