SP3 Upgrade: Errors: 1020 (MP), 4951 (MP), 2302 (DP),

After SP3 Upgrade and kb941214 I am receiving the following errors:
Distribution Manager gets this one, ERROR 2302:
SMS Distribution Manager failed to process package "Microsoft Updates Tool"
(package ID = CL10001C).
Solution: Review the previous status messages for further clarification
about this problem.
MP gets this 2 errors... , ERROR 1020:
SMS Site Component Manager failed to reinstall this component on this site
system.
Solution: Review the previous status messages to determine the exact reason
for the failure. SMS Site Component Manager will automatically retry the
reinstallation in 60 minutes. To force SMS Site Component Manager to
immediately retry the reinstallation, stop and restart SMS Site Component
Manager using the SMS Service Manager.
....and also ERROR 4951:
SMS Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the
Microsoft Installer File for this component (MP.MSI) could not install.
Refer to the MPSetup.log, the MPMSI.log, as well as the SMS documentation
and the Microsoft Knowledge Base for further information.

I did stop/disable IIS when I did the SP so I do not know if this is part of
the problem, but restarted it back up imediatly post SP. Also, the KB I did
afterwards, was 941214... hope this was was ok, instead of kb939872.
