Re: Bandwidth throttling

I'm trying to find a decent reference that explains how the bandwidth throttling on a standard SMS 2003 sender works between the site server and distribution point server 1/2 way around the globe..
i.e. How does it determine the available bandwidth? How does it limit itself to require percentage of bandwidth? etc. etc.

Any pointers?
Nope, sms 2003 doesn't use the standard sender from the site server to the dp. senders are for inter-site communication only.
