client installed but cannot connect using remote tools

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

i get this message when i try to connect:

"the currently logged-in user does not have rights to access the client
machine. You must provide the username, domain and password of an account
in the clients remote control operators group. and it has a prompt for log
on credentials

I reinstalled the client with a domain admin account, just like i do with
the other manual installs. What accounts should i be checking?

thanks,

Scott
