Hi,
After several long years now I have the opportunity to do the project on SMS
and I am really looking forward and eager to do it. I have not had the time
yet to go through the document which I am going through, but would like to
ask few questions before I proceed.
1. Can I have a single partition (146.8 GB x 3 HDD) RAID 5 capacity of
280GB? Preferably with the database stored on the SAN? or
2. Can I have two partitions (System and Data) on the server and store the
database on the server? If so, will the above disk space be sufficient based
on 1000 desktops with a growth of another 200 desktops the next 5 years?
thanks in advance
.
