Fault with BDD 2007 processing of USMT

Has anyone had any success processing a custom xml file during state
capture/restore with BDD2007RC1 ? As far as I can seen the ZTI code failes to
process the UsmtMigFiles variable in the CS.ini file , as a result it
processes the stanadrd xml files ( even when I have'nt asked it to and in
this case don't want it to ) and failes to copy the custom xml file to the
workstation for processing.
