If you do not want the trial version, you'll need to purchase it from
Microsoft or a third party.

Deplyment Feature Pack, is needed to deployment?

Those components, or "feature packs" are optional add-ons to the SMS 2003
SP2 product. They are not needed for the install of SMS.
