Two SMS sites in same subnet

Hi,

I have one main office and one branch office. Both are in the same IP
subnet but each location is an child domain of our forest in Germany.
I want to deploy two SMS server, one at each location. At the main
office I want the Primary Central Site and at the branch office I want
an Secondary Site.

Because there are in the same IP subnet how should I configure my
boundaries?

Thanks,
Sniper
