R/ Yes, both servers, SMS Site Server and SMS Site Database Server are

Hello Michael! Thanks for your post!

Effectively, the user is included as a member of SMS Admins on SMS
server.

Hello

Is the user a member of the local group "SMS Admins" on SMS server?
Looks like a WMI access issue to me.

Hope it helps,
Best regards,

Refer to:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sms/sms2003/techfaq/tfaq03.mspx#EJJAC
on WinXP SP2 settings.

If SMS is running on WIndows 2003 SP1, you might want to check the
DCOM
settings too

Hello!

I have some problems displaying SMS Admin console. The console opens
and
connect to SMS site database, but when I try to see Collections
there is
no
tree, and it is the same for the other nodes. This problem happens
on the
SMS Site server, when I logged on with another user different of
Administrator. This user that we are using is member of Domain
Administrators. The same happens when I tried to access SMS from a
workstation with Windows XP SP2, it connects to SMS site database,
but we
can't see any collection tree or system status tree.

What could we do to solve this problem? Attached to this message is
the
ADMINUI.LOG from SMS site server.

This is what we have:
- SMS Site Server based on SMS 2003 SP2, configured with Advanced
Security.
SMS is installed on a Windows Server 2003 SP1.
This server has MP, RP, CAP, SLP and DP site system.
- SMS Site Database is located on another server. Database is on a
SQL
Server 2000 SP4, and the OS is Windows Server 2003 SP1.

Thanks for your help.
