No advertisement status + no software being distributed

Hello,

last week I have changed something in the SMS Admin Console in the
settings.
Now I have the following problem: I am able to create packages; I am
able to create advertisements, but I don't have Advertisement Statusses
for the new advertisements, and the software does not reach the
clients. "Old" advertisements still have Advertisement Statusses, but
the status messages are not being updated
I'm afraid it has something to do with accounts and rights (I might
have changed an account in the settings in the Admin Console?), but I'm
not sure of that.

Can somebody give me a hint on where I should verify settings in SMS?

Thank you very much!

Cis
