sms 2003 sp2 setup question ?

I have installed Windows 2003 Server R2 (IA64) + SQL Server 2005(IA64).
When i set up sms slipstream edition,i have met error message as follows.
"setup cannot install a service on this computer using the local system
account "
i want know answer this problem!!!!!
