I had to reinstal site server (SMS 2003 SP1, single site, advanced
security).
Now I have installed new site (different site code) with SMS 2003 SP2.
What
do I have to do to reset site assignment to the new site on all clients?

Sorry for the delay in responding, the best way would be run the following
script on each client, which will cause the clients to auto-reassign to the
new site.
