Automaed SMS 2003 console installation

I'm trying to do an automated install of the SMS console to users. The
install works when I run it from the run box on a computer which I'm logged
in with Admin rights. If I deploy the console through SMS and the users is
in the power users group or not logged in, the install fails. I also tried
it using an Software installation account and the state restore phase in the
OS deployment, but that failed too. I can install all other applications
except SMS console and SQL client tools without any problems. Can someone
help. Thanks.
