PMFJI -- prior to Windows Server 2003, typically share level permissions
were always set to Everyone Full Control. As Kim aludes, the NTFS
permissions are what apply here, being that the most restrictive permissions
apply. If this shared folder is for client installs, then the authenticated
users (NTFS permisssions) should have read and execute. The local server
adminstrators group & System group should have Full control.
