SMS Distribution Manager trying to access package on share

Hi All,
I wonder if you could help me. I've searched through these newsgroups and
google and come up emtpy. My scenario is this:-
2 x Windows 2000 Native Mode Forests. A lot of old Windows NT 4 domains. All
of these have 2-way trusts between them.
All the SMS Servers and 1/4 of the clients are in forest 1
The 1/2 of the rest of the clients and some file servers are in forest 2
The rest of the clients are on the old Legacy NT4 domains.
I'm running SMS in advanced security. I've setup the AD container and
publishing is working fine. I've setup WINS because we also have a lot of old
domains and NT4.
My Problem:-
I've create a package which accesses the files from a file server in forest
2. I've added the computer account for the sms server to the file servers
domain admins, added the computer account to the NTFS permissions on the
share and for good measure I've added the computer account to the share
permissions. Unfortunately the server still cannot access the share. In the
distrmgr.log file I receive the following:-
Start adding package RC100005... SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER 09/12/2005
