Hi,
If you access \\SiteB\Sms_Site that way you are using your credentials and
not the site servers. So that is not a valid test. You might want to try
with SysInternals psexec tool (psexec.exe /s cmd.exe) that way you can run a
process with the credentials of local system.
Are you creating a new standard sender address?
