Cannot install SMS2003 Primary Site with SQL2000sp3a



Help~!

we got problems installing SMS 2003. it is when we try to install SMS 2003,
it always pop a window say cannot locate the SQL Database or you dont have
appropriate rights to access it. but we build that SQL Server 2000 sp3a right
on the server which we are trying to install SMS, and the Database is
accessable from LAN user, we tried SQL authentication mode, and use the su
account.

and we got this message at last:
The Windows server ITSZ-NETFINITY that is running the SQL Server is down or
not on the network,or you current windows login ID does not allow you to
access the Windows server.
