Push installation client

After making an installation the sms client nothing be hapened. The
Smsprov.log file gives this error : "No suitable system resource was found to
install client". The article 886129 gives the solution. To resolve this
problem the article show this way :
1) Expand Site Database, and then expand queries.
2) Click Client Installation Methods, ....
My problem is when I have expand queries, I dont see Client Installation
Methods. I see many things but no Clients Installation Methods.
Can you help me please.
