Advanced Client will not install Win2003

Hello,
I have successfully installed the SMS 2003 advanced client to this server
previously. This server is a test server I am using so the client has been
installed mulitple times. However, now I am receiving an error message
stating "SMS Advanced Client does not support per-user installations" and
setup will not continue. Has anyone seen this before? I would appreciate
any help, thanks.
