Yes, I'm doing a side-by-side. I have already installed the MP on my 2003
Site Server (as I saw 2.0 and 2003 were obviously not going to work together,
as you have confirmed) and will migrate all clients to 2003 before
uninstalling 2.0 on that particular server and upgrading it to 2003.
