Which version of SMS 2003 do you have ? Do you have SP1 ?
Check the Reporting Point site system role and it has a
way to configure the Reporting point to use https and a
specific port number. You would need to uninstall the
Reporting Point and then reinstall it specifying the use
of https protocol and a specific port number.
