The site server machine account cannot authenticate with the SQL server.
Verify the SQL SPN is correctly registered in AD.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829868.
If that isn't the problem test the connectivity by attempting to connect
from the site server to the admin$ share on the SQL server under the machine
account context. I do this by opening a cmd prompt under the machine account
context using the cmdasuser tool which you can find on the web. Then try to
net use to the SQL admin$ share. If this fails you may have a Kerberos or
DNS issue. If still fails test connectivity by the site server machine
account to other systems admin$ share that the account has admin rights to.
Then also test other machine account access to the SQL server in question.
This will determine if the problem is with the site server or the SQL
server. You may end having to unjoin and rejoin the problem machine from/to
the domain.
