Scanning Tools

Since I installed the MS028 Scanning tool the users are
not scanning other patches, in fact the MBSA and Office
Scanning tools have been removed from the scanning tools,
when I try and re-install the MBSA or Office Patching
tools it does does not install on the client.

Any ideas?
