CCM clean won't do anything about the Server Connection account problems.
You can try a site reset and choose to change the account when prompted. TO
reset the site run setup, choose to modify the site, don't make any changes
and then click Yes to reset the site. It later asks if you want to reset
the server account passwords. Choose yes.
