The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber
{C2F23AE4-82D8-456F-A4AF-A2655D8CA726}. StandardCreateInstance returned
HRESULT 8000401A.
Only shows up on the DCs so far.
I got this information.
"This is a known bug with the advanced client. You must contact Microsoft
and request the hot fix. You need to reference article KB289650 to get it.
I ran into the same thing an I am currently distributing the patch."
