MP Setup Error

We seem to be getting a wierd MP Setup error message when
we try to activate one of your remote SMS Servers as a
managment point. All of the other servers have setup fine
but this one. Below is the MPSetup.Log ut out. Anyone
seen this before? Thanks!!
