Client installation is different from client assignment. You may indeed
have clients installed, but it doesn't sound like they are assigned. Did
you create a management point (MP) for your advanced clients? Advanced
clients need an MP to talk to to get policy. Policy is what enables the
advanced client to get the client components enabled, among other things, so
they can start reporting data. Also, did you enable the client components
in the admin UI?
